Visiting
Is Ivory Premier open yet?
Not yet. We are finishing the clinic and plan a soft opening in late October 2026, followed by a grand opening. You can request a consultation now and we will call you to set a time.

How do I book?

Can I register my child?
Yes. A parent or guardian registers first, then adds the child under their own record. The child's own phone number is optional.
Treatments
What treatments do you offer?
Dental implants (our main focus), crowns and veneers, aesthetic dentistry and general dentistry with Dr. Kirsten Socito-Cuizon, DMD; and Botox and fillers, facial and skin treatments, IV infusions and weight management with Dr. Kim Cuizon, MD, FAMI.
Do you post prices online?
No. Every plan is different, so we give you a written treatment plan with costs after your consultation.
Who gives the aesthetic treatments?
Medical aesthetic treatments are given by Dr. Kim Cuizon, a medical doctor.
Privacy
How do you protect my information?
We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act. Your records are stored securely, only clinic staff who need them can see them, and you can ask to see or correct your information at any time.
Will you post my photos?
Never without your separate written consent for that specific case. You can withdraw it at any time and we will take the feature down.
