Ivory Premier Aesthetics Corporation ("Ivory Premier", "we") runs the Ivory Premier clinic at Unit R2, 201-204, 2F The Retail Bloc, Casa Mira Towers, Marciano Quizon St., Alang-alang, Mandaue City, Cebu 6014. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, birthday, gender, mobile number, email and address.
• For children: the parent or guardian's details and their relationship to the child.
• Health information you share or we record during care: medical and dental history, allergies, medicines, treatment records, clinical photos and images.
• Appointment, billing and payment records.
• Messages you send us through this website, phone, email or social media.

Why we use it

• To register you, book and manage appointments, and provide and follow up on your care.
• To keep accurate clinical records, as our professions and the law require.
• To send reminders and follow-ups about your own treatment by SMS or email.
• To bill you and keep financial records.
• With your separate, optional consent: to send news and offers, and to feature your case or story.

How we keep it safe

Records are stored in secured, encrypted systems. Only staff who need your information for your care can see it, each with their own login, and access to records is logged. Our service providers (for hosting, database, SMS, email and AI-assisted note-taking) process data only on our instructions and under agreements that require them to protect it. Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines, for example in Singapore; we stay accountable for it wherever it is stored.

AI-assisted notes

Our doctors may use AI tools to help write clinical notes, schedules and messages. These tools work for us under contract, the results are kept in your record, and our doctors can review and correct them. We do not sell your information or let these providers use it for their own purposes.

Photos and publications

Clinical photos are part of your record. We will never publish your photos, name or story without your separate written consent for that specific use. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will remove the feature from our channels.

How long we keep it

We keep clinical and billing records for as long as the law and our professional duties require, then dispose of them securely. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access your information, to object, to have it corrected, to have it blocked or erased when allowed by law, to data portability, and to claim damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
